Every year we mail to the Delmar residents in March a newsletter called the Delmar View. Along with this Newsletter, we include a contact information form to ensure we have
your current mailing, phone, and email address on file. We encourage you to provide your email address to receive timely information. The Newsletter contains the current year’s assessment and launch fee information and information on how to pay your assessment. Your assessments are used to maintain areas such as the park and beach. In 2024 the assessment fee is $150.
The launching fee is an additional $30 and is required for all residents who use the launch for boating. The transmitter fee is a one-time fee upon purchase, and then owned by you. (See the watercraft section for more information.)
Assessment payments postmarked after April 15th is considered late and an additional late fee per lot is added to the balance; all privileges are suspended until the balance is
paid in full.
To ensure that assessments are paid on time the residents of Delmar requested that a delinquent list be created. The board is monitoring the delinquent fees with collection letters generated.
