Committees

The Delmar Board Members have identified the following committees with role descriptions to assist in managing tasks associated with Delmar. In 2022 we created a google drive for then board members and detailed each committee description and role, as well as subcontractors that the committee has used in the past. The committee chairmen are responsible for reporting on each committee to the board member meetings as well as to the resident meetings.

We encourage resident participation on any of these committees, as the board members cannot maintain all the functions alone. As time goes on without appropriate help, the board needs to outsource to contractors, which becomes expensive. If interested please contact a member of the board if you would like to participate on any of these committees. We will be happy to provide you with information on the roles of the committee or committees you have an interest in.
