New Owners or Selling your Delmar Property

Delmar Improvement Association greatly appreciates when all current resident members notify the Association Secretary upon the sale of their Delmar Subdivision property and furnish the name and address of the new property owner(s). This protocol will help ensure new property owners will receive forthcoming DIA correspondence, correct listing in Association records, and a more fluid real estate transaction with transfer of title.
