Our Parks
Delmar Beach, located at 2809 South Shore Drive is equipped with a boat launch, pier, sand beach, playground, and is marked by a 100 year old historic DLCC 49’ flag pole. The Beach and Watercraft section contains additional information for access to these amenities.
Delmar Park is located at 604 Sutter Avenue. It is equipped with a rentable pavilion equipped with small kitchen amenities, a baseball diamond, basketball court, horseshoe pits, and playground. Park Guidelines and rental information is listed below.
Park Guidelines
● Closes at 11:00 p.m.
● Delmar residents in good standing and their guests may access Delmar Park amenities only with a current valid Delmar pass. When Playground equipment, pavilion, or park amenities are used, care and good judgment must be exercised at all times. If non-compliant, Delmar resident members / guests may be required by DIA to vacate the park property.
● With the exception of the parking facilities provided at Delmar Park, and excluding golf carts, motorized vehicles shall not be operated within park boundaries for any reason unless directed by DIA BOD for maintenance, mowing, special events, etc.
● When weather conditions permit and there is at least 6” of snow cover, winter activities such as snowmobiling may be permitted at Delmar Park. Any damage incurred from such activities shall be the responsibility of the motorized vehicle operator and/or owner.
● No pets allowed at Delmar Park, unless providing access to a boat.
● Delmar Park must be kept clear of trash and rubbish at all times.
● Delmar Park landscape and maintenance shall be conducted weekly or as necessary to ensure a manicured and presentable appearance.

For Delmar Subdivision residents only. Must be current with Association dues and In good standing with Delmar Subdivision.
• Delmar residents shall be responsible for any damage to Delmar Pavilion and/or Delmar Park property.
• Delmar resident in charge needs to be at least 21 years of age. Youth activities to have an appropriate number of chaperones.
• Delmar resident in charge is expected to clean and straighten the pavilion and park to an acceptable condition.
• Delmar Park & Pavilion hours per by-laws. Closed 11:00 PM to Sunrise.
Rental Fees: Pavilion: $75.00 CASH which includes a refundable Deposit of $50.00 CASH.
Refundable deposit by Delmar Board of Directors discretion-based upon
facilities final condition.
Rental Fees: Tables/chairs: $35.00 CASH which includes a refundable Deposit of $20.00 CASH. Refundable deposit by Delmar Board of Directors discretion based upon
the condition of tables/chairs.
Pavilion rental is allowed by DIA only if a Delmar resident is in good standing with the Association and agrees to all terms set forth in the pavilion rental agreements as prescribed by the Delmar Park and Pavilion Committee.
