Delmar Members:
Please attend the May 6, 2023 meeting at the Park Pavillion at 10 a.m. The agenda and the annual
budget will be emailed to you (if you’ve supplied your email to MPC). It will also be posted to the
website and kiosks, for your reference, prior to the meeting.
We have a number of challenges to meet as we move forward as an Association. We have vacancies coming up on our board, and we also need volunteers for our committees. Without help,
the board will be forced to hire contractors, an expense we’d all like to avoid.
The committees and board positions themselves do not have to be very time-consuming but do require people that are willing to commit and work within the scope required. The committees are as follows:
● Financial Review : (Must be a Board of Director member)
● Real Estate and Neighborhood Watch
● Sutter Park and Pavillion
● Delmar Beach
● Communication
● Bylaws ( every 3-year review – next 2023)
We will be happy to provide you with information on the roles relating to board members, or committee members on specific committees. We will have sign-up sheets for the committees at the May 6 meeting.
