NOTE TO RESIDENT MEMBERS: Please sign in upon entry. This meeting is for current Delmar residents in good standing. Please state your name when speaking. Speaking members shall not be interrupted and will have a
three-minute limit. Voting shall consist of only resident members in good standing, one vote per property. Proxy voting is available for members unable to attend. A proxy vote is assigned to a proxy agent (another member in good standing), Proxy form (available on the website) must be emailed to the secretary at least 48 hours prior to meeting.

Suggestions from the last meeting:
● Suggestion from residents to have signs at the entrance of the subdivision for reminders of meetings. This was completed.
● Suggestion to have a community yard sale. This occurred on July 15-16 with approximately 10 members participating. Friday rain made it a one-day sale.
● New flagpole at the beach was placed in June and the flagpole was painted in September.
● Update on a motion to approve the blacktop project of a neighbor at 2813 South Shore next to the beach. Blacktopping was completed but we asked that no work be done to the fence until we work on the drain pipes.
