Bylaws
A full review of these bylaws started in September 2020 by a bylaws committee and completed March 2021 following a submission to the Board of Directors and legal review. Following this full review we decided to maintain a schedule of a full bylaw review every three years. Any concern at any time may be addressed by a Delmar resident in good standing by communicating this to a member of the BOD. This concern will be noted in the appropriate section of the bylaws and addressed in a timely manner for review, subject to members approval in alliance with bylaws.
