Voting and Proxy Form
Votes are counted as one vote for each Delmar member in good standing per tax key lot. The
member voting must be the property owner or designate in compliance with bylaws. If unable to attend a meeting a proxy vote may be submitted to the DIA Secretary on or before the day of the meeting is called. This may be submitted per email with the subject matter outlined below enclosed in your email.
If submitting a paper version of the proxy form it must be submitted to the DIA Secretary prior to the start of the meeting 48 hours before the meeting in compliance with the bylaws.
