DIA Assessment
The yearly homeowner’s assessments are mailed each year by March 1st., highlighted in our Delmar Newsletter called the Delmar View. The yearly assessment currently is $150.00 per year.
The method of payment and mailing of payment is outlined annually in this Newsletter.
The annual launching fee is $30, in addition to the annual assessment fee. The launching fee is required for all residents who use the launch for boating. The transmitter fee is a one-time fee upon purchase of the transmitter(s).
Assessment Payments are postmarked after April 15th. is considered late and a $25.00 late fee per lot is added to the balance; all privileges are suspended until the balance is paid in full. Your assessments are used to maintain areas such as the parks and beach.
To ensure that assessments are paid on time, the residents of Delmar requested that a delinquent list be created The board is monitoring the delinquent fees with collection letters generated.
