Welcome to Delmar Delavan Lake

Delmar is currently the largest subdivision on Delavan Lake, and is located on it’s south shore. It is comprised of more than 300 lots. The Delmar Improvement Association (DIA) maintains two private parks for use by it’s resident members in good standing. Delmar Park (including it’s Pavilion which can be rented by members) is located at 604 Sutter Ave, and Delmar Beach is located at 2809 South Shore Drive… and the Delmar Beach Park at 2809 South Shore Drive, which includes a private boat launch, pier, sand beach and playground.
